Truck Runs Multi Unit Fire In Lewistown Boro

2213 - MC911 sent the box, Lewistown Boro, W Market & N Grand St, for a multi unit fire. Chief 32 arrived quickly with fire showing on multiple divisions with ppl trapped. He quickly went second alarm, then several special calls, sending Tower 2 and a crew of 6: Chauffeur Adair, Chief Henry, Chief Hench, Chief Groninger, Capt Myers, FF/P Coldren. MVA With Rollover on 322
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, June 21
1550 - Units were sent to Walker Township, Rt 322 W, just east of Doe Run, for and MVA with rollover and entrapment. Box 2-08. Rescue 2 marked out with 7, Chief 2 in the seat. Chief 2-2 (Groninger) arrived, occupant was out, conscious, head injury. EMS advised no need for air medical. 1 transported to the ER. Crews had one travel lane closed until wrecker service arrived.

1854 - Units were sent to Fermanagh Twp, 700 block Arch Rock Road, for an MVA. Box 2-03. Rescue 2 marked out with 5, Chief 2-1 to the scene. Another call reported possible entrapment, adding Squad 1 to the box. Units arrived, found one car on the guiderails, into a pole. Negative entrapment. Crews remained on scene until wrecker services arrived. 1 person transported to the ER.

Trooper Rougeau was definitely one of the good guys. Liked by everyone that met him. That was no exception with some of the guys/gals here at MHC. Those that ran any calls with him, liked him. The happenings of this day, will never be forgotten here. Many of us assisted this day, for hours & hours. 0127 this morning, 1st alarm units were sent to the 2300 block of William Penn Hwy, for a structure fire. Box 2-01. Eng2 marked out with 5, JCCC advised some kind of camper on fire next to a garage. Chief 2-2 arrived, reported 2 campers off, extending into the garage, which was attached to the house trailer.
