Residential Fire in Milford Twp
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, April 22
0433 this morning, 1st alarm units were sent to Cabin Lane, Milford Twp, for a residential fire. Box 2-10. Engine 2 out with 5, JCCC advised caller said house was on fire, instructed them to evacuate. Chief 2 arrived, modular double wide, heavy fire Side A. Just after 2100, 1st alarm units were sent to Magnolia Assisted Living on Lexi Street, for smoke in the building. Box 2-05. JCCC advised smoke possibly from a dryer, staff was unsure, but they were not evacuating. Amb 205-3 added an additional EMS with the conditions given. 0147 this morning, 1st alarm units were sent to the rear of the 400 block on Main Street in Port Royal, for a building fire. Box 1-01. Multiple calls for a working fire. Chief 1 (Tornambe) arrived, reported a 2 story garage, fully involved, with exposures. Squad 1 arrived, deployed 2 lines. Truck 2 had Main St. Engine 2 had a hydrant. Pick-up Plows Parked Cars on Main St

0225 this morning, units were sent to 37 N. Main Street for a MVA. Box 2-01. JCCC advised 1 vehicle into a parked car, unknown injury. Captain 2 (Boreman) arrived, reported 4 vehicles total, 1 occupant self extricated, not injured. One lane was blocked until wrecker services arrived and the roadway was open.

Working RV Fire Next to a House
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, April 02
Just after 3am, 1st alarm units were sent to Ridge Road, Turbett Twp, for a possible residential fire. Box 1-02. Chief 1 (Tornambe) arrived, reported a fully involved RV impeding on the residence. Squad 1 first in, deployed 2 lines, Tanker 1 in to supply them. Crews made a quick knock on the fire. Engine 2 next in, manpower to assist. Chief 1 held the box to Co 1, 2 and all tankers. Car in a Ditch in Milford Twp
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, March 13
Just before 2100, JCCC dropped the 2-10 Box for a crash with injuries, initially was a crash notification. Milford Twp, Rt 35 S before Locust Grove Rd. Capt2 arrived, 1 vehicle in the ditch, 1 occupant, not trapped, hip injury. Units arrived and closed the road between Rt 333 & Varnes Rd. Occupant was assisted out of the vehicle and to EMS. Road remained closed approx 1/2 hour.

Car Thru The Fence at Empire
Mifflintown Hose Co No1, March 11
At 0352 this morning, units were sent to Walker Twp, Empire Kosher, for an MVA. JCCC reported 1 vehicle thru the fence by St Jude’s Lane and into the ‘kill room’ parking area. Crews arrived, confirmed the info, 1 occupant was self extricated and not injured. Subject did take transport to Lwtn ER for eval. FD remained on scene until wrecker services arrived.
