Units were sent to Rt 22/322 E in the Narrows, at the Fishing Access Exit, for an MVA with injury. Units arrived to find 1 vehicle hit the concrete barrier, fluids/debris down, driver was out. Crews secured the vehicle and fluids. One person transported with minor injuries.
