1140 - Box 4-04
Units were sent to Fayette Twp, Rt 35 N near Cuba Mills Rd, for an MVA with injuries. Box 4-04. Rescue 2 marked out with 4. Capt 2-1 to the scene. JCCC advised 2 vehicles, head on, 1 overturned, pole and wires down. Crews arrived, confirmed the 2 vehicles, 2 injuries. Roadway was shut down until the scene was cleared.
