Walker Twp, Rt 322 E/B near Locust Run, for a reported MVA with entrapment. Box 8-06. Rescue 2 marked out with 6, Chief 2-2 in the seat. JCCC advised 3 vehicles, with entrapment. Capt 8-1 (G. Walton) arrived and in command. Rescue 2 first in had 2 occupants trapped in one vehicle, deployed tools for extrication. Unfortunately one was Class 4, the other was extricated to EMS and flown to a trauma center. A subject in another vehicle was also flown to a trauma center. Perry Squad 7 had landing zone ops at Thompsontown and landed both choppers. Res2 returned, Co8 remained on scene. Rt 322 E was closed for hours (opened at 1335) We’d like to extend our condolences to those affected by this tragic event.
